Placing an Order
How do I place an order?
Orders may be placed by email (firstname.lastname@example.org), by phone (580-357-7673), or in person. If ordering by phone or email, all orders must be reviewed and approved by Scott's Marketplace. All orders must be paid in full before pick-up.
Is there a minimum order?
For in-store pick-up, there is no minimum order price.
How do I pay for my order?
Payment is accepted via in-store with cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or over the phone using a debit or credit card only.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
Scott’s Marketplace carries fresh flowers in inventory at all times. For special orders we recommend placing the order a minimum of 3 weeks prior to pick-up or delivery date. Depending on the type of flowers, we recommend picking up your flowers 2 to 3 days before your event to allow the flowers proper time to bloom fully.
How can I make changes to my order?

Can I book a standing order?
Yes! If you need to purchase the same variety and quantity of flowers routinely, we can set up a standing order so the same items are automatically ordered each time (as long as those flowers are available throughout the year). No matter the frequency.
Delivery and Pickup
Do you offer delivery?
Currently Scott’s Marketplace does not offer delivery.
Do you ship or deliver outside of the Lawton/Fort Sill/Elgin area?
Currently Scott’s Marketplace does not offer shipping or delivery.
What is your return policy?
Product should be inspected at time of pick up. We do not accept returns on merchandise or fresh flowers. All sales are final.
